Q.) What does the technician do when he comes out for a maintenance check?

a.) It is a 20-point inspection which includes checking the pressures, the refrigerant, and the thermostat. He will make sure there is no obstructions in the blower or the vents. He will ensure everything is working properly for the upcoming season. If he does see anything that will be a possible issue in the near future, he will let you know and give you a quote on how much it will cost to take care of it early therefor potentially saving a lot of money for emergency repair down the road.

Q.) Is it possible to convert from swamp to AC?

a.) Yes, it is, and it is not as expensive as one may think, we can generally get it installed for you within a week.

Q.) Is there a service fee to come out for repair? What about emergency repair?

a.) There is a service fee of only $60 to come out plus the cost of repairs, however if you have a preventive maintenance plan (PMA) with us there is no service fee, or if you choose to purchase a PMA at that time there won’t be a service fee, an added benefit of having the PMA is you get a “front of the line” pass if you do need a repair and we will guarantee that we will be out to you within 24 hours.

Q.) Is it better to go to a big chain company who have all gimmicks?

a.) We are family owned and operated, since 2015, we have gotten to where we are not from sales tactics and gimmicks simply by being the best at what we do and being passionate about what we do. a.) We will come out for free to give you a quote, we have many options and payment plans available for all budgets, including $0 down and 0% financing. We make the purchase of a new system as stress free and painless as possible.

Q.) I have so much going on I won’t remember to call and schedule my maintenance checks twice a year what can I do?

a.) We call our customers when it’s time to do the maintenance on their system we try to make it as hassle free as possible because we know our customers have other things to think about, so we worry about it, so you don’t have to.
